The student's data, collected through the registration form, will be used for the following purposes in the Proxied Giving Mentorship Program:

Communication: We will use the student's contact information (email and phone number) to communicate with them about the program, including scheduling meetings with their mentor, updating them on program events, and providing resources and information about effective altruism and giving.

Mentor Matching: We will use the student's information to match them with a suitable mentor based on their interests, goals, and availability.

Tracking Progress: We will use the student's information to track their progress in the program, including the number of meetings they have had with their mentor, the amount of money they have donated, and the number of volunteer hours they have completed.

Evaluation: We will use the student's information to evaluate the effectiveness of the program and identify areas for improvement.

Reporting: We will use the student's information to report on the program's impact to our funders and partners.
It's important to note that the student's information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties. The student has the right to withdraw their consent at any time, in which case they will not be able to continue in the program. The data will be stored privately and protected according to industry-standard security protocols.
Code of Conduct for Inspire Altruism Proxied Giving Mentorship Program:

Respect for all participants: All participants in the program, including mentors and students, must treat each other with respect and professionalism. This includes refraining from any discriminatory or harassing behaviour.

Confidentiality: All information shared within the program, including personal information, must be kept confidential and not shared with any third parties without prior consent.

Transparency and honesty: All communication between mentors and students must be transparent and honest. Any conflicts of interest or potential biases must be disclosed.

Responsible giving: All donations made through the program must be made with the principle of effective altruism in mind and must be directed to highly effective charities as recommended by GiveWell.

Compliance with laws and regulations: All participants must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to taxes and charitable giving.

Conflict resolution: Any disputes or conflicts that arise within the program must be handled in a constructive and professional manner.

Withdrawal of consent: Participants have the right to withdraw their consent to participate in the program at any time, in which case their data will be deleted and they will no longer be able to participate in the program.

Compliance with program guidelines: Participants must comply with all guidelines and policies outlined in the program and on the Inspire Altruism website.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination of participation in the program.
